Swvl Pakistan put up unbranded billboards carrying one-line commuter complaints in Urdu - the daily long drive, the seat taken, the month that runs out of money - and let social media guess who was behind them before revealing the brand and adding the line Koi Baat Nahi, Swvl Hai to each board. Creators including Ali Gul Pir and Bekaar Films picked it up on Instagram.
