The terms for using Monumentum

The data

Every row on Monumentum comes from a public source, which is linked next to it. We check rows against their source as described in How we check, and we say when a source could not be read. Rows can still be wrong or out of date. Check the source before you rely on a row for a decision, a contract or a story. If you find a mistake, use the report link on the page.

You may quote and link to Monumentum with a credit and a link back. Do not copy the data in bulk, scrape it, or resell it without written permission from C4E.

Accounts

An account is for one person. A person at C4E approves each request and may turn an account down or close it, for example when the details given are not real or the account is used to scrape the site. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.

Accounts are free today. If that changes we will tell account holders before anything is charged, and nothing is charged without your say-so.

No warranty

Monumentum is provided as it is, without a promise that it is complete, correct or always available. To the extent the law allows, C4E is not liable for losses that come from using it. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify them.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top first. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai. Questions go to sg@c4e.in.
