To mark the full launch of the Cenomi Plus loyalty platform, Cenomi Centers ran an in-mall activation through May across its whole portfolio of Saudi malls, its first big consumer push after a phased rollout that had already passed 1.5 million app downloads.

Fawaz Alhokair Group retired the founder-family naming across the group and relaunched as Cenomi, a coined name from the Greek 'ceno' for new and 'mi' for me. Arabian Centres became Cenomi Centers and Alhokair Fashion Retail became Cenomi Retail, announced together with a Cenomi.com marketplace and the group's first loyalty programme.
