An Eid Al Adha programme running across Dubai Festival City Mall and Festival Plaza and built on Emirati characters and live performance: mascots from the animated series Freej roaming the mall, traditional Emirati performers at Festival Square, appearances by the Dubai mascots Modhesh and Dana, a weekend mascot parade drawn from participating retailers, and a 20X points offer on the BLUE loyalty app for shoppers who scanned their receipts.

Al-Futtaim built a bespoke sound identity for the mall with Mindloop Studios: a four-note signature, an on-hold IVR piece, a corporate TVC backtrack and a full orchestral theme for the Imagine show, with the oud used as the Arabic anchor across three sets themed innocence, festivity and Arabian. Ahmad Haffar, the voice of the Dubai Metro, voiced it, and Loire Cotler from Hans Zimmer's team sang on the Imagine score.
