Emaar Hospitality Group refreshed the identity of its U by Emaar loyalty programme around a new promise, 'Your Way Every Day'. The mark is a five-striped ribbon standing for the programme's five tiers, its five pillars of stay, dine, relax, play and shop, and the five letters in Emaar. Karak Creative ran the discovery workshop and built the identity.

Emaar Hospitality Group introduced VEO, a wellness and gym brand pitched as a community club rather than a standard fitness floor, opening first inside Emaar's own communities at The Lakes, The Meadows and Souk Manzil in Downtown Dubai with yoga and sound-healing classes on the schedule.

Emaar took the Downtown Dubai New Year's Eve show global on Twitter for a second year, live streaming it at live.twitter.com/MyDubaiNewYear alongside a real-time conversation timeline and a first Direct Message experience on @MyDowntownDubai that walked viewers through the night. The buy ran in three phases, recruit, amplify and reconnect, aimed at the GCC, Europe, the US, India and Pakistan.
