A gym-wear thobe and ghutra built with GymNation's Saudi members, launched as a limited run and carried almost entirely on earned media and four Saudi creators. The chain reported more than 14 million impressions and a sell-out of the first production run, and is now talking to a Saudi manufacturer about scaling it.

A high-altitude group fitness class staged above Riyadh every Saturday through January 2026, entered by ballot, timed to the busiest fitness month of the year and used as GymNation's opening statement in the Saudi market. Concept and rollout were done in-house and seeded through a small set of Riyadh social accounts.

A London billboard takeover inviting Londoners to escape the city's phone-theft wave and train at a Self-Defence Retreat at GymNation Al Quoz in Dubai, led by self-defence coach Jason Woodham. UK journalists flew out to try the retreat and the outdoor buy pushed the story back into UAE and UK social feeds.
