Rebrand to BAAN Holding Group
The group dropped the Abdulmohsen Alhokair name and changed its Saudi Exchange trading name to BAAN Holding Group Co., with a new logo and identity. Shareholders approved the name change at an extraordinary general meeting on 5 November 2024 and the group notified Tadawul on 28 November.
